First-Aid Counselling ("FAC", "we", "us") provides instant, affordable, and anonymous mental-health support. By using FAC you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Not an emergency service

FAC is not a substitute for emergency care. If you are in immediate danger or considering self-harm, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away.

3. Your account

You may use a nickname instead of your real name to protect your identity. Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.

4. Acceptable use

Be kind. Don't use FAC to harass, harm, or impersonate others. Don't try to break, scrape, or misuse the platform.

5. Payments

Some features may require payment. Pricing and refund details will be shown clearly before you pay.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll let you know. Continued use means you accept the updates.
